Leadership Development Program

Purpose:

Leadership requires a flexible attitude, mental agility, and behavioural adaptability. In times of constant change, these are essential skills for leaders of every organisation. Intégro has distilled the complex role of leadership down to four basic skills:

The uniqueness of Intégro's approach is to focus on developing one leadership skill at a time and requiring leaders to apply that skill in the workplace.

Who Should Participate:

Senior Executives, Managers, Team Leaders, Team Members.

Composition:

The program builds these skills over four levels:

Level 1: Engaging leadership

Leadership behaviour creates culture – Increasing emotional intelligence and behavioural adaptability. Application: Take your team through the Work expectations Profile and debrief.

Level 2: Coaching for performance

Using feedback, coaching and listening adaptability to increase employee responsibility
and accountability. Application: Take your team through the Everything DiSC® Workplace Profile and Mentoring Planner.

Level 3: Visionary leadership

Aligning all employees with your organisation’s Purpose, Values and Vision.
Application: Involve all employees in dialogue on the purpose of their roles and alignment with the vision.

Level 4: Building high performance teams

Identifying team Roles and implement a team Process based on Shared Leadership.
Application: Take your team through the Team Dimensions Profile and Z-Process.

Celebrating success stories

Teams present what they learned and how it was applied to continually improve their performance and results. Application: Continue to take your team through the Continuous Improvement Process.

Derivation:

This program has been developed by Intégro Leadership Institute after over 30 years of research and working with leaders in hundreds of organisations.

Format & Presentation:

A total of four two-day and one one-day levels, typically held over 15 to 18 months – leaders apply learning with employees after each module. The sessions are delivered by an accredited facilitator utilising PowerPoint presentations and group exercises based, and supported by course manuals.

The program consists of:

  • One-on-one coaching
  • A leadership journal
